Shopping Procedure

You will receive a 'Order Confirmation' email by the system automatically once you confirmed and completed the payment process.

We will send a 'Shipping Confirmation' email to you after we have dispatched your order.

購物程序

當付款程序確認及完成後,系統會給您發出「Order Confirmation(交易確認)」電郵。

當您的訂單被運送後,我們會給您發出「Shipping Confirmation(訂單送貨通知)」電郵。


Payment Method

All prices on beChicLiving are listed in USD. You can easily calculate the approximate amount in your own currency by XE Universal Currency Converter.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. PayPal uses the best commercial encryption technology, We receives payment from PayPal without ever seeing sensitive financial details like your credit card or bank account numbers.

付款方法

beChicLiving 所列貨品價格均以美元計,客戶可使用 XE Universal Currency Converter 輕易地計算出所選貨幣的大致價格。

我們接受客戶以Visa, MasterCard, American Express和PayPal付款。所有信用卡交易均由PayPal安全地處理。客戶無需要擁有PayPal賬戶也可進行付款。PayPal使用最佳的商業加密技術,我們只收到來自PayPal的付款。客戶的財務資料,如信用卡或銀行帳戶號碼一概不會收到。


Shipping Method

Shipping fee included postage fee, registered fee and miscellaneous fee.

Hong Kong orders are shipped by Hongkong Post registered local mail. Deliver day takes 2-4 working days.

International orders are shipped by Hongkong Post registered air mail. Deliver day takes 5-14 working days.

Since some countries may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may delay. We does not assume any responsibility for postal delays.

For Standard shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we might send the order as parcel to meet the weight requirement. You will also be notified by email.

運送方法

運費已包括郵費、掛號費及雜費在內。

本地訂購將以香港郵政的本地掛號寄出, 一般需時2-4個工作天。

國際訂購將以香港郵政的掛號空郵寄出, 一般需時5-14個工作天。

由於部分地區的海關入口審查需時較長,因此部份訂單的運送時間可能會被延誤。本公司不承擔任何郵遞延誤的責任。

由於一般郵遞運送,每箱貨件不得超過2公斤,因此當訂購貨品超過此重量,本公司有可能會將訂單以包裹形式寄出以符合重量要求,並以電郵通知客戶。


Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax / unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% of the value of products as handling charges.

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. Customers are responsible for the re-shipping fee. The re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

無法派送的訂單

部份訂單會因收貨地址不詳、多次派遞均無人收件、收件人拒絕繳付稅項 / 未能為貨品進行報關或收件人拒收郵件等原因而被退回。當郵遞公司將郵件退回給我們時,我們會在退款中扣除原本的運費及貨品總額的百分之十五作為退回訂單處理費。

我們可以為客戶再次付運被退回的郵件,但客戶需要支付再次付運的運費,再次付運的運費是根據客戶訂單原本的運送方法而定。


Customs Charges

If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility on this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.

關稅及其他稅項

依據送往國家之法律、規定等,有可能徵收進口關稅、增值稅、通關手續費等。當需徵收這些費用時,是由客戶負擔實際費用,並通過送往地之投遞郵政局或者送貨公司直接向客戶徵收。貨品通關出現問題或因通關手續造成送抵時間的延誤時,我們恕不承擔責任。我們恕不發行訂購貨品之原產國證明、出口簽證等出口證明。


Returns and Exchanges

We provide customers with 7 days stocks guranteed warranty (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if customer found problems about the products and needed to be changed.

  • Customer need to apply stock change through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
  • Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
  • If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, We are will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
  • If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, customer can notify us through email within 7 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
  • We will not accept change or return of any unpacked products or used products.
  • We are reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.

退換貨品

我們為顧客提供 「七天貨品退換保証」 (以簽收日期起計算),顧客在收貨後七天內,發現貨品有問題及需要退換時,可聯絡我們提出。

  • 顧客必須在收貨後七天內以電郵提出申請。
  • 如需退換貨品,客戶須自付有關更換貨品的郵費。
  • 退貨時需把相關贈品一併退回。
  • 如顧客於七個工作天內並未有任何退換貨品的申請,則代表訂購貨品交易完成,本公司毋須承擔任何法律上的責任,並不會安排任何更換貨品事宜。
  • 如閣下收到的貨品或貨品數量與訂單不符,閣下可於七天內以電郵形式通知我們,我們將有專人核實訂單內容。若果查明此乃我們的錯誤所致,我們將會安排免費更換貨品,由此產生的額外運費亦由本公司負責。
  • 一經拆開或經使用之貨品,我們均不接受退貨。
  • 任何爭議,我們保留最終決定權不得議異。
